Medical and Dental practitioners have realized how prevalent and consuming sleep problems can be for their patients. Unfortunately most treatments are expensive and/or require invasive surgery.
Recognizing a real need the aveoTSD was developed to provide patients a simple device that effectively deals with excesssive snoring, and helps prevent the health problems that arise from sleep disordered breathing (snoring and obstructive sleep apnea)

Treatment Comparisons:
CPAP - a machine that forces air through a mask while the patient
sleeps. Cost - $1000+, with following costs for masks and filters.
CPAP has less than a 45% compliance rate - cpap is uncomfortable,
hard to transport and requires power.
Dental Implants - Mandibular Advancment Devices, the idea being
to slowly advance the jaw over time, bringing the tongue forward
to open the airway. Cost - $1600+, with followup. MAD's are shown
to work but have been shown to cause pain and problems with the jaw.
Surgery - There are numerous surgical procedures to solve snoring
and OSA. The Pillar Procedure sets 3 tension pillars into the soft
palate, other procedures are designed to reduce obstruction of the
airway. Cost - $1500 - $10 000+. Invasive, painful, non corrective
and efficacy is inconclusive.
There is no single treatment or device that will solve snoring and OSA
for every patient. The goal is efficacy - how effective the treatment is
for the majority; and compliance - do patients use the treatment to
gain full effect.
At a cost of $150 US, the aveoTSD is a simple, effective and
